Yes that’s right! A recent modification made with your convenience in mind is allowing Granite Springs Condominiums to offer its owners the benefits of an onsite car washing station.

Some of the details are yet to be worked out but as we see it, you will be able to wash you car at a selected location in the underground parking area.

ICF Construction

The quality and integrity of our buildings begin with the state of the art construction method known as Insulating Concrete Forms (ICFs).

The forms lock together somewhat like Lego Ò. Concrete is pumped into the cavity forming the structural walls of the building. After the cement has cured or firmed up the forms are left in place to provide the following benefits:
