The lawns and gardens are coming alive at Granite Springs but the owners are not doing the strenuous spring clean-up this year.

“We can enjoy the spring.  Since we made our home at Granite Springs, we have more time for leisurely walks; we have more time for our sports and hobbies;  we have more time to devote to our volunteer work; we have more time for visiting family and friends; and some of us may even have time to visit the golf course next door.  We are especially enjoying the freedom the condo lifestyle allows us and spending time with the new friends we have made here at Granite Springs”.

Car Wash Station

Yes that’s right! A recent modification made with your convenience in mind is allowing Granite Springs Condominiums to offer its owners the benefits of an onsite car washing station.

Some of the details are yet to be worked out but as we see it, you will be able to wash you car at a selected location in the underground parking area.

ICF Construction

The quality and integrity of our buildings begin with the state of the art construction method known as Insulating Concrete Forms (ICFs).

The forms lock together somewhat like Lego Ò. Concrete is pumped into the cavity forming the structural walls of the building. After the cement has cured or firmed up the forms are left in place to provide the following benefits:pic2

Underground Parking

pic1Just picture this: It’s raining cats and dogs (OK maybe not really cats and dogs), you pull into 391 Manitoba Street, drive up to your building, press the garage remote control, the overhead door glides quietly upward, you jockey your car into its very own space, collect your belongings and proceed to the elevator and with the press of a button you are whisked to your suites’ floor.

So here you are at home. Warm, dry and hassle-free.  Sounds pretty good, doesn’t it?
